The Johanna building at Utrecht Science Park is home to 655 students from diverse nationalities, providing a space for an important phase of their lives. Its design reflects the dynamic energy of student life, symbolized as an amorphous "cloud." The façade, finished with glazed tiles by Royal Tichelaar Makkum, creates a diffuse, cloud-like pattern, blending windows and tiles into a striking mosaic design that is reminiscent of Gustav Klimt artworks.
